• Securely package your device in a box before shipping or drop-off.
• Include any accessories related to the issue (charger, dock, etc.) if applicable.
• Please include your ticket number inside the package or clearly written on the shipping label.
• YorgoTech strongly recommends shipping with tracking and insurance.
• YorgoTech LLC is not responsible for loss or damage caused by carrier mishandling or transport-related incidents.

Local Kansas City clients may also drop off devices at the same address by informing the UPS Store associate they are leaving a package for Mailbox #336.
