Return Policy
At YorgoTech LLC, we stand behind our work and aim to provide fair, professional service while protecting our business and clients from abuse.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All services, software licenses, and special-order parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If an error occurs due to YorgoTech LLC’s work, we will correct it at no additional cost.
2. Refurbished Devices
Manufacturer Warranty: Any existing manufacturer warranty (e.g., Dell ProSupport Plus, Lenovo PremierPlus) tied to the device’s serial number carries over to the new owner.
YorgoTech 30-Day Limited Warranty:
Covers post-sale support for 30 days for issues such as:
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)
Account lockouts/password resets
Other basic post-purchase troubleshooting
Excludes: Accidental damage (AD), physical damage, and coverage offered by manufacturers.
Returns:
Clients may return a refurbished device within 7 calendar days only if defective.
Buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for return.
All original accessories must be returned.
3. New Devices
Manufacturer Warranty: New devices include any manufacturer warranty attached to the serial number, which fully transfers to the buyer.
YorgoTech 30-Day Limited Warranty: Identical to refurbished devices (support-only, no AD).
Returns:
Clients may return a new device within 14 calendar days of purchase if defective.
All original accessories must be returned.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
YorgoTech LLC reserves the right to refuse or void warranties/refunds if fraud, misuse, or bad faith is suspected.
5. Additional Terms
No accidental damage (AD) coverage is offered by YorgoTech LLC.
Clients requesting manufacturer warranty service will be referred to the manufacturer.
Effective Date: 26-July-2025
