Diagnostic & Standard Labor
Flat Diagnostic & Labor Fee – $99 (non-refundable)
This fee includes:
Full system evaluation and troubleshooting
Labor for most standard repairs:
RAM upgrades
SSD installation and cloning
Operating system reinstalls
General software support
Parts are not included in this fee.
Operating System Installation
Windows & macOS Installation
Included in the $99 labor fee
Installation of the operating system
Full driver configuration and system optimization
Activation support and post-installation verification
Requirements
Clients must either:
Have a valid Windows license digitally tied to the device’s motherboard (OEM-activated), or
Provide a valid Windows product key at time of service.
If neither is available, YorgoTech, LLC can procure a genuine Windows license directly from Microsoft. The cost of the license will be added to the final invoice, and the product key will be provided to the client upon return of the device.
Note: The $99 labor fee does not include the cost of a Windows license.
masOS: Devices must be fully functional and free of firmware locks, including iCloud Activation Lock.
Data Recovery
Data Recovery – $99 + $65/hour
$99 covers initial setup and the first hour of recovery
$65/hour for each additional hour of active recovery work
Specialized recovery software and tools used
Recovery drive (if needed) billed separately

YorgoTech LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: suspected stolen property, requests for illegal or unethical services, abusive or threatening behavior, or any situation that compromises the safety, integrity, or professionalism of our business.
