Windows: A valid digital license or product key is required. If unavailable, YorgoTech can procure a genuine Microsoft license and add it to the invoice.

macOS: Devices must be free of firmware locks, iCloud Activation Lock, and organizational or MDM enrollment (such as Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager) unless properly released.
