At YorgoTech LLC, we believe clear communication is part of great service. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about repairs, upgrades, and device sales. If you don’t see your question here, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

What types of devices do you service?

We work with Windows, macOS, and Linux laptops and desktops.
We do not currently service mobile devices (phones, tablets, or smartwatches), nor do we perform motherboard-level or micro-soldering repairs.

Can I mail in my device for service?

Yes. Devices can be shipped to:
YorgoTech LLC, 5563 NW Barry Road, PMB #336, Kansas City, MO 64154.
We strongly recommend using insurance and a tracking number. YorgoTech always returns devices with both.

I’m local to Kansas City — can I drop off my device?

Yes. Local clients may drop off devices at the same address at no cost. Let the UPS Store associate know you are leaving a package for Mailbox #336. Devices must be in a box for acceptance.

Do you sell devices?

Yes. We sell both professionally refurbished systems and brand-new, business-grade laptops. Thanks to partnerships with major distributors, we can also source OEM accessories such as chargers, batteries, and LCDs at competitive pricing.

Please note: Inventory changes daily, and there may be days when no systems are available for sale.

What if my data can’t be recovered?

Data recovery is never guaranteed. The $99 setup fee is non-refundable. We will make every effort using professional tools, but in some cases recovery is not possible. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular backups to avoid permanent data loss.

Do I need to provide my Windows license key?

If your device does not already have a valid digital license, you’ll need to provide a product key. If that’s not available, we can procure a genuine license and include it in your invoice.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the nature of the problem. An estimated turnaround time will be provided after your device has been diagnosed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All estimates, invoicing, and payments are handled securely through Square.
