Be sure your device is securely packaged in a box.
Include any required accessories (power adapter, etc.) if they are part of the issue.
YorgoTech strongly recommends shipping with insurance and a tracking number.
YorgoTech will always return devices with both tracking and insurance included.
Local Drop-Off (Kansas City)
Kansas City clients may drop off devices at the same address at no additional cost.
Let the UPS Store associate know you are leaving the package for Mailbox #336.
Devices must still be placed in a box for acceptance. UPS will not accept loose devices or accessories without proper packaging.
