Device Drop-Off & Mail-In Instructions

YorgoTech LLC makes it easy to get your device serviced, whether you’re local to Kansas City or mailing in from across the country.

  • Be sure your device is securely packaged in a box.

  • Include any required accessories (power adapter, etc.) if they are part of the issue.

  • YorgoTech strongly recommends shipping with insurance and a tracking number.

  • YorgoTech will always return devices with both tracking and insurance included.

Local Drop-Off (Kansas City)

Kansas City clients may drop off devices at the same address at no additional cost.

  • Let the UPS Store associate know you are leaving the package for Mailbox #336.

  • Devices must still be placed in a box for acceptance. UPS will not accept loose devices or accessories without proper packaging.
