What We Do
Computer Repair & Troubleshooting
From hardware issues to software glitches, we diagnose and resolve problems for both desktops and laptops with precision and attention to detail. Services include internal cleaning, battery replacements, operating system updates, firmware updates, and advanced board-level repair (including BIOS reprogramming and chip-level diagnostics, when the component is accessible and not physically damaged beyond repair).
Upgrades & Optimization
Need more speed, storage, or stability? We offer expert installation of RAM (when upgradable, e.g., SODIMM vs. soldered), SSDs (including HDD-to-SSD migrations), thermal repasting, and full system tune-ups to keep your device performing at its best. We also replace worn or broken chassis components, LCDs, keyboards, and other parts using genuine OEM replacements whenever possible.
Refurbished & New Devices
We sell professionally refurbished Windows, Linux, and macOS systems—tested, reliable, and ready to go at competitive prices. Through partnerships with Lenovo and other major distributors, we can also procure brand-new ThinkPads and OEM accessories (power supplies, batteries, LCDs, and more), ensuring every device meets enterprise-class standards.
George Vallejo is the Owner and Managing Member of YorgoTech LLC, a technology solutions company specializing in computer repair, technical support, and professionally refurbished devices. With a deep passion for IT, cybersecurity, and practical problem-solving, George brings years of hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, system optimization, and secure computing practices to individuals, families, and businesses.
He holds an AAS in Cloud Computing from Cleveland State Community College, a BA in Philosophy from Conception Seminary College, and an MSCS in Cybersecurity from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Professionally, he is certified in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and holds the stackable CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS) and CompTIA IT Operations Specialist (CIOS) designations. George is additionally certified in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and ITIL 4 Foundation, reflecting his commitment to delivering structured, efficient, and industry-aligned IT services.
